Management Core, Minecraft Plugin

Management Core Your server. Your staff. One tool. Running a Minecraft server means dealing with reports, keeping chat under control, and making sure your staff have what they need. Management Core brings those jobs together, with an in-game dashboard and commands for quick access. Check a player’s history, respond to a report, or issue a punishment without switching between separate tools. Keep your staff on the same page Open the staff dashboard to view player information, check past punishments, and leave notes for other moderators. When another staff member picks up an issue, they can see what’s already happened. Staff chat gives your team a private place to coordinate. Use staff mode and vanish to investigate, or freeze a player while you deal with an incident. If you use LuckPerms, you can also give trial staff access for a set amount of time. Manage punishments with context Handle warnings, kicks, bans, and mutes in one place, with a record your team can refer back to. Issue temporary or permanent bans and mutes. Review previous punishments and warnings. Revoke warnings or delete entries when needed. Choose from shared preset reasons to keep staff actions consistent. Let older warnings expire with configurable warning decay. Set automatic penalties when a player reaches a warning threshold. Your staff can check the history before deciding how to handle a repeat offence. Set chat rules that suit your server Every community has its own rules. Configure filters for banned words, spam, excessive capitals, advertising, and specific phrases you want to keep out of chat. Choose whether matching messages are censored or blocked, update the banned word list as needed, and set increasingly strict penalties for repeated violations. When chat needs immediate attention, staff can clear it or lock it with a command. Bring moderation to voice chat If your server uses Simple Voice Chat, Management Core can check spoken audio for words on your banned list using local speech recognition. You can choose automatic enforcement or send flagged incidents to a queue for staff to review. Optional audio evidence gives your moderators something to check before deciding what to do. Speech recognition can make mistakes, so the review queue is useful when you want a person to make the final call. You can also adjust microphone gain and recognition confidence settings to tune detection. Give player reports a place to go Players can use /report to bring an issue to your team’s attention. Staff can open the report queue with /reports , review what was submitted, and mark reports as resolved or dismiss them. A configurable cooldown helps prevent report spam. With reports, player notes, and punishment history available in the same plugin, staff can gather context before taking action. Spot accounts that may need a closer look Management Core can alert staff when accounts share an IP address. There’s also an option to block connections from an IP linked to a currently banned account. These alerts help your team investigate possible ban evasion. A shared IP doesn’t prove that accounts belong to the same person, though—players in the same household may share a connection. Keep track of time on the server Built-in playtime tracking lets you keep a record of player activity. Players can use /afk to mark themselves as away and pause their playtime logging while they’re gone. It gives you more useful activity records when you want to see time spent playing. Keep your team informed in Discord Connect a Discord webhook to send punishment logs to a channel your staff can follow. Your team can keep up with moderation activity outside the game and refer back to logged actions when discussing an incident. Make it fit your community Use local SQLite storage or connect the plugin to a MySQL database. Adjust messages, preset punishment reasons, warning thresholds, and chat filter settings to match the way your server runs. Optional integrations add features where you n…
